Kyosho RFID tags are 13.56MHz ISO15693 tags made by Phillips/NXP. The tags are small and must be mounted on the bottom of the cars for them to be detected. The Kyosho tags come preformatted with data for use with the Kyosho IC Lap Counter.

In order for the tag to be used with the automatic polling mode that the Kyosho IC Lap Counter supports the first 3 blocks must be formatted as indicated here. The remaining blocks of data contain the name used by the Kyosho software. In the example below blocks 3 through 6 contain the text "Test Car Name".
